2. Service Description

AOA Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing and polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services. Service availability may vary by location.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or extra services

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Service Location Requirements

For mobile services, customers must provide:

  • Access to water and electricity
  • Adequate space to work around the vehicle
  • Safe and legal parking location
  • Clear access to all areas of the vehicle

6. Liability and Insurance

AOA Detailing is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
  • Items left in the vehicle (please remove valuables)
  • Paint or clear coat failure on compromised surfaces

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we'll make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AOA Detailing and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

AOA Detailing's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
